Most research and experts believe that light to moderate physical activity is one of the best protective mechanisms to prevent the loss of body and brain function. However, in fact, to enhance brain function, physical activity, brain stimulation, and social interaction need to be carried out simultaneously. This cross-school joint learning activity invited Professor Wu Jingyi to share the experience of Chang Gung University's "Healthy and Joyful Life: Physical Fitness and Brain Fitness", and invited Professor Yang Yizhen of Taipei Municipal University to share the practical lecture "Building a Castle Named Joyful Life at the Turning Point of Life". The two experts shared their experiences and knowledge and conducted in-depth discussions. Such a joint learning model can achieve deep learning and is more effective than lectures. At the same time, such cross-school interaction and cross-domain cooperation can also link and neighboring partners and can learn together with the community on how to move towards a healthy and joyful life. Participants can gain a lot of experience, imagination, and practice from it, bringing a better life to the healthy youth and silver generation of the community.
